M 520A M520A is an orthopthalic based, medium reactivity, high viscosity Unsaturated Polyester Resin. It is widely use to produce buttons with centrifugal casting method. It’s optimized curing and flexibility characteristics allow manufacturers sufficient time for further processing of the sheets after they have been removed from the centrifuge. Very clear castings can be obtained with this resin and can be colored with pigment pastes. It complies with water based dyes, polishing compounds and pearl essence. It can also be used to produce small souvenir objects. |
M 520AB M520AB is an orthopthalic based, medium reactivity, high viscosity Unsaturated Polyester Resin. Gradual cure and optimized flexibility are the characteristics of this resin. It is suitable for button production with centrifugal casting method. It’s optimized curing and flexibility characteristics allow manufacturers sufficient time for further processing of the sheets after they have been removed from the centrifuge. It has an economical advantage over our other button grades. It can be colored with pigment pastes and compatible with pearl essence. |

The resin is specially formulated to be used in the production of button with rod casting method. It’s optimized curing and flexibility characteristics allow manufacturers sufficient time for further processing of the rods after they have been removed from the mould. It can be colored with pigment pastes. M520AC is widely accepted in the market for its compliance with water based dyes, polishing compounds and pearl essence. |
M 521 M521 is an orthopthalic/NPG based, medium reactivity, high viscosity Unsaturated Polyester Resin. M521 is specially formulated to be used in button production with centrifugal casting method. It’s optimized curing and flexibility characteristics allow manufacturers sufficient time for further processing of the sheets after they have been removed from the centrifuge.
